East Farleigh Railway Station serves the Medway Valley Line in Kent, England. Managed by Southeastern, this station is situated close to the historic village of East Farleigh, just across the River Medway. The station, which opened on 25 September 1844, features two staggered platforms connected by a footbridge. The southbound platform hosts a preserved signal box that continues to operate the level crossing. Although the original ticket office on this platform closed in 1989, a PERTIS ticket machine was installed in 2007. Facilities on the northbound platform include a basic waiting shelter.

East Farleigh Railway Station is conveniently located approximately 50 yards from the medieval East Farleigh Bridge, which facilitates foot and road traffic across the river. The station offers a regular service operated by Southeastern, with trains running to Strood and Paddock Wood, and some services extending to Tonbridge during specific times. The typical off-peak schedule includes two trains per hour in each direction, with a reduced hourly service on Sundays.
