I had completely forgotten I had posted this message.
Things have moved on a lot over the last month and we have now been able to secure living arrangements that allows us to spend three and a half days a week at Winchelsea Beach and three and a half days in Essex. Hopefully the best of both worlds. Thank you once again for your reply
