This is a beginners Yoga class, everyone is welcome. Whether you have never tried Yoga before, or just haven’t practiced for a while and would like to, this class is for you.
You don’t need to be flexible, have a set outfit (just wear something you are comfortable in), or bring anything with you. As you are is fine and you are most welcome.
The goals are the class are:
To enable participants to be able to join a yoga class and have a good basic understanding of terminology and Yogic guidance; to build confidence.
To introduce that there is more to Yoga than just poses
to start to understand what Yoga can bring to your life of the mat
