Welcome to a session of gentle relaxation followed by a heart-centred meditation led by a Heartfulness Trainer. The event is seated and chairs will be provided. Please book your free spot on Eventbrite – link provided in Tickets tab.
Open to all above 18 years old – beginners and seasoned meditators alike. No charges are made, we are a registered charity and not for profit organisation.
