At The Humble Hub, Saint Leonards.

Gentle movement with space for reflection and integration — closing the month and signposting people towards regular Hub sessions.

Sat 29 Aug – Movement & Integration – Rachael Voss & Jo Allen

9:30–10:30 | The Humble Hub, St Leonards

As part of the Hidden Beach Summer of Culture, Movement & Integration offers a calm, grounding session to close the month through gentle movement, breath, and reflection.

Led by Rachael Voss and Jo Allen, this session creates space to slow down, release, and reconnect after a month of activity and shared experiences. Combining light movement with moments of stillness, it invites participants to integrate what they’ve experienced and return to the body with ease and awareness.

Set within the peaceful environment of The Humble Hub, the session is open to all levels and designed to be accessible, restorative, and supportive. Whether you’ve been part of the programme throughout or are joining for the first time, this is an opportunity to pause, reset, and reflect.

This closing session also connects participants to ongoing wellbeing practices, with signposting towards regular sessions at The Humble Hub.

A gentle, inclusive experience that brings the month to a considered and grounded close.
