The Market

Held within the stunning grounds of Ashburnham Place, Battle.

Come early if you want to pick up some delicious freshly baked sourdough! We have a delicious selection of cheeses and fantastic outdoor reared meat options for your summer bbqs. We also have some splendid local stallholders selling their wares, from local honey & condiments, organic tea, trugs, aromatherapy, pottery, jewellery, ferments, komboucha, artwork, woven baskets, woodwork and so much more!

You are also very welcome to take a walk around our ancient woodland and lakes, which are looking particularly beautiful this time of year full of scented blooms and wildflowers, but we ask, as it is a site of scientific interest, that you only bring your dog if it is an assistance dog.

The small parking fee is for the whole day, and is to help us maintain the site and keep the market running.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you.
