I am researching my family history, which has led to the Battle, Rye, Crowhurst, Iden areas. I have noticed that the family names of ADES, PONT & ROBUS have a heavy concentration in these areas. I am therefore hoping to contact any other descendents of James Edward ROBUS & Charlotte Ann ADES (married Sep 1878), or of Aaron ADES & Ann PONT (married Mar 1844) (Charlotte Ann’s parents), or descendents of their relatives. I would also be very grateful for help in locating any of the above individual’s graves and any other information about them.
