Classes comprising simple warm-up stretches, traditional yoga postures and relaxation are held on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:30pm, Wednesday mornings from 9.30am-11.00am and 11.30-1pm. Classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels.
You will need to bring a yoga mat if you have one and a blanket for the relaxation part of the session. The classes are very friendly and cost £6 per session to ‘drop in’. Please contact Jean Smith if you need any further information.
