June is the month for Open Artist Studios in the South East, this year for the first time Amanda the ceramic artist in Solomon’s Lane, Mountfield is taking part and opening her studio to the public. This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet artists and makers in their own environment, watch demonstrations, learn about their process and what inspires them, as well as an opportunity to buy some unique artworks and objects directly from the makers.
