The birth certificate of my grandfather (1874) states his fathers occupation as a waggoner on 18 a year farm Guestling. Would this be eigtheenpounder farm that still exists? If so, does anyone have any more information.
Also, as my great grandparents were married at St Laurence’s church I should like to visit. When is the church open?
