Brede Village Hall is a modern and versatile community venue located centrally on the A28 at Cackle Street. The main hall can seat up to 120 guests and features central heating, making it suitable for events year-round. It includes a well-equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, and an extendable stage with optional lighting and sound equipment.
The venue is accessible, offering full disabled access and facilities, including wheelchairs and a hearing loop, as well as a baby changing table. Additionally, there is a separate committee room available for hire, which includes a modular conference table that seats 12, its own toilet, and side access. This room can also be accessed from the main hall.
For more specialised needs, there is a separate treatment room with its own side access and disabled toilet, which can be hired as needed. The hall boasts a large car park, ensuring ample parking for guests, and free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the premises.
