Peasmarsh Memorial Hall is a historic venue originally built in the 1920s as a tribute to those who lost their lives in the First World War. Managed by the Peasmarsh Memorial Hall Management Committee, this hall serves as a community hub for various activities and events. The main hall has the capacity to host events for 80 or more attendees, while a smaller meeting room caters to more intimate gatherings. The facility is designed to be inclusive, with full wheelchair access and a hearing induction loop available in the main hall. For event organisers, the hall offers a range of amenities including a kitchen suitable for preparing hot and cold meals, free Wi-Fi, a sound system, and a portable stage. Additional equipment such as a projector, large cinema screen, and DVD player can also be hired to enhance any event. The hall is a vibrant centre for community engagement, hosting regular activities such as a Games Club every Thursday afternoon.
