Robertsbridge Bonfire

7am – A loud maroon signals the start of Bonfire preparations. The footpaths, the park and the Recreation ground will not be accessible to the
public.

2pm – Judging of the Guy Competition

6pm – The Road Closure orders commences

7.15pm – A maroon at the Station signals the start of the procession.

8.15pm – The procession arrives at the Recreation Ground and assembles around the Bonfire

8:30 – Robertsbridge Bonfire Society lead Bonfire Prayers before the Bonfire is lit followed by The Grand Firework Display

ROAD CLOSURE Our road closure is from 6pm until 10pm. This covers our procession route, Station Road, the High Street, George Hill, The Clappers and Northbridge Street, Willow Bank and Fair Lane.

PARKING Please remove all cars parked along the procession route at your earliest convenience.

RBS will not be liable for any damage caused to vehicles left along the route.

Parking is limited throughout the village.

PROCESSION ROUTE

The Procession will leave station road at 7:15, the route will be as follows
*Station road to the Junction
*Turn right up George Hill to Heathfield Gardens
*Return to the train station
*Back up Station road to the T junction
*Turn left onto the High street and down onto the recreation ground.
