Sidley Recreation Ground is home to the newly developed Bexhill BMX Race Track and Jump Park, an exciting facility designed for BMX enthusiasts of all skill levels. The park features a six-rider floodlit dirt race track equipped with tarmac berms and a modern start gate to simulate race conditions. For more advanced riders, the track offers a challenging split second straight. Additionally, the dirt jump park includes an advanced pro-line suitable for competent riders, alongside other lines with a variety of jumps to cater to most skill levels.
The local BMX Club, JumpClub, offers regular coaching sessions for all ages and abilities. These sessions are subsidised for children from Sidley, allowing them to participate for a nominal fee. The club emphasises safety and skill development, urging riders to practice within their limits and use protective equipment.
