St Leonards-on-Sea Methodist Church (SLMC) seeks to be a friendly and caring church in the Bohemia part of town. Our worship is varied, ranging from the traditional to the more creative, with the use of videos, drama, dialogues and informal local arrangements. We are currently developing our music through building up our group of musicians and singers. Meanwhile, refreshments are served after church, giving a chance for further fellowship.
During the week, there is a toddlers’ group on a Tuesday morning and there is a strong midweek mission to the “more senior” community through our weekly Tuesday afternoon group, Seenagers. We hold one-off events throughout the year including coffee mornings, quiz nights, lunches, a church BBQ,and a Christmas Tree Festival. We also host a Brownies & Rainbows group and other community activities.
