Ha – Tha Yoga quite literally means ‘union of sun and moon.’ through the practice of Hatha Yoga we aim to balance all the polarities within us. In an authentic and friendly environment we will take time to find stability and comfort (sthira and sukham) in each asana (posture) as well as practicing pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to cultivate an inner stillness that stays within you.

Taught by India Williams – India Williams is an E-RYT 500 Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga teacher sharing an authentic and friendly practice inspired by the seasonal calendar, sometimes referred to as ‘Mystical Yoga’. India has taken additional trainings in Yin with Norman Blair, and Sanskrit with Samadhi Collective. You can also find India at the Gallivant in Camber, where she is the resident teacher and manager of their studio ‘the Open Space’ teaching daily classes as well as curating their yearly programme of events. In the Winter however, India spends her time leading retreats or teaching Yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra on the Path of Yoga 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings in Thailand.
