Ummagumma is an all-day music festival, inspired partially by the sounds of the 60’s & early 70’s & features some of the very best bands from the underground screen , including our headline act: Index For Working Muzik. IFWM are a 4-piece band formed from the ashes of two great old new psyche bands: Toy & The Proper Ornaments who have been garnering some great press from their debut long-player: “Dragging the Needlework for the Kids at Uphole’ (out on Tough Love Records).
The festival starts at 3pm and we have 7 killer bands on the bill plus Piper & Tough Love Dj’s.
Stage times will be announced shortly and provisionally the event is on til 12, but may go on later if the DJ’s are enjoying themselves.
Tickets are £10 in advance and £12.50 on the door. All profits from the show go direct to the bands so please come and support this very unique cool event so all your need to do now is: “Take up your stethoscope & walk”.
