Roberstson, Levey & Bell Hotel

I’m looking for information about a Reginald Percy Levey (son of the late William Henry Levey, London) of The Bell Hotel, who married Mrs.Sarah Grace Stanford Robertson in Wadhurst, in November, 1934. She was the widow of James Martin Robertson, Bell Hotel (who died 29th January, 1933), and daughter of the late Wm. Henry Cole.
Reginald Levey was the Hon. Sec. of Ticehurst F.C., and the couple settled at Flimwell, Hawkhurst.

    Hi George,

Was Regi in the RAF? if so I have just finished reading his book (and obituary). Here are the links, I hope this helps you.

    Hi Davey,

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, it’s not the same Reginald – the man I’m looking for was born in the 1880s in London, and his surname is spelled Levey. If you do happen to come across anything about him (he lived in Ticehurst & had a connection to The Bell Hotel), I’d be very grateful.

    Regards,

    George
