Mountfield Village Hall is a multi-functional community space located close to All Saints Church in Mountfield. Established in 1928 and dedicated to Mabelle Annie Egerton, the hall serves as a central hub for local activities and events. It features a sizable hall with a stage, a well-equipped kitchen, facilities for disabled guests, and a car park accommodating over 18 vehicles. The hall is frequently utilised by local groups for various activities including painting classes, meetings of the weekly blind club, and Parish Council meetings. Additionally, it is available for private hire, offering a venue for parties, wedding receptions, and similar gatherings at competitive rates. A small upstairs meeting room is also available, suitable for up to 8 people. Part of the premises is used by the Mountfield Club as a social club, which opens several evenings each week. The hall operates under a charity governed by a 1965 trust deed, aiming to provide a space for recreation and leisure to improve local life conditions.
