In about 1952 I was sent to a place very near Ewhurst Green to stay for a couple of weeks, at what I believe was a ‘Holiday Camp’ in the country for London school children. I remember it as being a group of medium size wooden buildings grouped together and having common dining and meeting halls. Does anybody living in the Ewhurt Green area remember these facilities and where they actually were? Regards James.
