Fellowes Research

Gabriella – I have linked Henry Fellows with his daughter-in-law. Sorry, it should be Henry Fellows married Susan Ann Gold at Icklesham in 1843 and his youngest son James Edward Richards Fellowes married Mary Elizabeth Baker at Icklesham in 1887. Almost immediately after their marriage they emigrated to Australia arriving in Fremantle in time for the birth of their first child Henry James Fellowes in October 1888. The next child was born in Albury NSW in April 1890. Descendants to tThe fifth generation of this particular family still live in Albury NSW.
Sorry I made such a silly mistake. I live in Wagga Wagga which is about 150 Kms north of Albury.
Regards Dorothy Fellowes

I was very excited to read your entry. In September of this year I decided that I would like to commence on my family tree. James Gain was my great grandfather. My surmane was Gain before I married. So far I have only traced back to Thomas Gain my great great grandfather and his wife Harriet nee Barnes. Do you have any information to share? So hoping to hear from you. Regards Pauline.
