It’s Trevor Skinner from Melbourne Australia and I am researching my Skinner family history. My research takes me back to the lovely village of Northiam in the 1700 – 1800’s.
Walter Skinner was born in Northiam in 1832 and marr Sophia Bishop in 1859. They had 13 children with GGrandfather Charles David Skinner born 1882 and marr Maud Cheeseman. They migrated to Australia in 1910 with 3 children.
If anyone knows anything about this family (also from the Beckley area) I would really love to hear from you.
