Mystical Hatha Yoga with India at Peasmarsh Memorial Hall, every Tuesday from 5:45pm-7pm.
Every week we will work on something new, connecting our body and mind to the rhythm of the natural world. Following the 8 solar holidays of the year, the moon phases, weather etc we will work with asanas, pranayama and yoga philosophy to all learn (or just remember) parts of ourself that connect us deeper to the divine.
This class is open to all-levels, all people, the hall is spacious and airy. At the moment it is bring your own mat and is £10 per class, including a Chakra Card where you can receive your eighth class free.
