Pevensey Bay Railway Station, located in East Sussex, England, is a functional stop on the East Coastway Line managed by Southern. The station, originally opened as Pevensey Bay Halt on 11 September 1905 by the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway, underwent a name change to Pevensey Bay on 5 May 1969. It features two platforms and operates a limited service. On weekdays, Pevensey Bay Railway Station offers four trains per day to Brighton and five to Hastings, with four continuing to Ore. There are no train services available on weekends. The station, which has a historical footnote in popular culture, was featured in an episode of The Goon Show titled ‘The Pevensey Bay Disaster’ in 1956.
