St Clement’s

St Clement’s is a Michelin Award winning Restaurant with a BIB Gourmand in the Michelin Guide 2010, Good Food Guide 2010 and Harden’s Guide 2010. Having visited Hastings on a few day trips from London, I soon realised its potential for a restaurant – particularly a Fish Restaurant. The local Fleet’s catch was very appealing: Dover Sole, Skate, Gurnard and Sea Bass just for starters. All straight off the boat and on the table by lunch time. I couldn’t stop myself. We opened St Clement’s with the intention of serving well-sourced fish, meat and vegetables, all local and seasonable as possible. This allows our menus and our style of food to flow naturally.
