Yin yoga is the practice of long-held postures (between 3-7min) to target the deeper fascia (connective tissue) of the body and replenish Chi (energy) in the body. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing tendons, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s a powerful practise that creates balance within your energy systems that impacts the whole body- energetically, physically and mentally. The class will end with some breath work.
