Edenbridge Railway Station

Edenbridge railway station serves the town of Edenbridge and is managed by Southern. It lies on the Redhill to Tonbridge line, approximately 33 miles from London Charing Cross. The station opened in 1842 and has been unstaffed since 1967, with the original buildings since demolished. Facilities are basic, including self-service ticket machines, passenger help points, and shelters on each platform. A free car park is available for passengers. Accessibility is limited, with step-free access only to the Tonbridge-bound platform. Train services typically run hourly in each direction between Redhill and Tonbridge, operated by Southern using Class 377 electric multiple units. Several local bus routes connect the station with nearby towns, although Sunday services are limited or unavailable. Future plans include potential service enhancements to improve rail links between Kent and Gatwick Airport. Edenbridge railway station is one of two stations serving the town, the other being Edenbridge Town.
