Kemsley Railway Station is a key transport facility on the Sheerness Line in north Kent, primarily serving the village of Kemsley. Managed by Southeastern, the station was originally opened as Kemsley Halt by the Southern Railway on 1 January 1927 and later renamed by British Rail in 1969. The station features two platforms but lacks a station building, making it an unstaffed location. Access between the platforms is facilitated by a footbridge and a road bridge to the north for step-free access.

Kemsley Railway Station operates with a typical off-peak service of one train per hour in each direction. This includes services towards Swale, Queenborough, and Sheerness-on-Sea from platform 1, and services to Sittingbourne and London from platform 2. During peak hours, the frequency increases to two trains per hour. The station utilises Class 375 Electric Multiple Units (EMUs) for its services, ensuring efficient travel for passengers heading towards both local and London destinations.
