Hello, we are a small two person doctor’s secretarial service looking for a small office space in Sandwich.
We are wondering if any local business has a small unused room available for rent for us. We are currently in an office 280cm x 350cm but could manage slightly smaller than this as our only furniture are 2 x desks and pedestals and 1 or 2 filing cabinets – dependant on space available. We would need a lockable room for confidentially reasons. Our only other requirement would be an independent phone/internet line but we could have this put in place if it was not currently available.
The office is pretty busy phone wise but we have no business visitors and we are open 8.30am to 6pm or so Monday to Friday.
Please let us know if you have any availability and, if so, what sort of rent you would be looking for.
