Hi, we have just seen your message (11 years after you wrote yours … !) Our family name is Tompsett and we have just started researching our family tree. I stumbled across this page yesterday and thought I would get in touch. Your information is fascinating and goes far further back than we have been able to. We can’t offer anything from the early 1500s, but can supply some very early photos of Tompsett family members, if you would be interested.
