Honeybee’s Preschool, located within Northiam C of E Primary School, offers early years care and education tailored to children aged 2 to 4 years. Established in September 2021 as part of the DCAT Academy, the preschool is committed to providing a nurturing environment where every child can flourish. The setting prides itself on its inclusive ethos, ensuring that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities thrive alongside their peers.
The preschool emphasises the importance of partnership with parents from the start, initiating contact through a telephone call from a key person before the child’s settling in session. This approach fosters strong relationships and helps children feel secure and valued.
With a focus on stimulating experiences and an inspirational curriculum, Honeybee’s Preschool supports children in becoming confident, independent, and motivated learners, ready for the transition to school life. The staff are dedicated to listening to each child’s needs, tailoring approaches to support individual learning and development.
