Public Parks Concern

I am appalled at the decision to ban dogs from the park in New Romney. This draconian decision has been taken without consideriation to any alternative option. I challenge the legality of this ruling as it is a public park for the enjoyment of all residence and not an exclusive park for children and teenagers. Where is there now free land to exercise a dog? What are they going to do during the country fair?
