Smarden Charter Hall

Smarden Charter Hall is a modern and well-equipped venue ideal for both social and corporate events. Completed in 2007 and situated in the historic village of Smarden, the hall features a Wealden design that harmonises with the local conservation area. The venue boasts a range of facilities including a fully fitted commercial kitchen, a large stage measuring 5.5 metres by 12 metres, comprehensive sound and lighting systems, and wireless broadband that covers the entire building. Additionally, it offers conference and presentation equipment, landscaped outdoor lawn areas, and security features such as cameras in main areas and a private car park with CCTV. The car park includes thirty-six spaces, designated disabled spots, and two Type 2 (22 kW) Electric Vehicle charging points. Smarden Charter Hall also provides disabled access and facilities, ensuring it is accessible for all guests.
