A gentle space to reconnect with yourself while bonding with your baby.
Becoming a mum changes your body and your life in so many ways. This class is designed to help you gradually rebuild strength, improve flexibility and posture, and find moments of mindfulness and relaxation in the midst of motherhood.
As well as caring for yourself, you’ll enjoy gentle movements and interactive moments that encourage connection with your baby through touch, eye contact and shared experiences. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and simply enjoy being together.
This class is suitable for pre-crawling babies only, as the studio is a cosy space with an open staircase, making it the safest environment for little ones who are not yet on the move.
There’s no need to worry if your baby needs feeding, changing or a cuddle during class, that’s all part of the experience, and you’re encouraged to respond to your baby’s needs whenever they arise.
After class, why not stay a little longer? Silcocks Farm Shop & Cafe is the perfect place to meet other local mums, enjoy a hot drink and a slice of cake, and make the most of some well-deserved time out. Baby changing facilities are available on site, making your visit even easier.
