Established over the last 12 years, the winery has carefully selected its vineyard location for optimal growing conditions. The vines, planted in 2012, thrive in a south-facing vineyard at an altitude of 50-85 meters, benefiting from wind and frost protection, excellent mineral balance, and a soil composition of greensand and clay over sandstone.
The winery itself was innovatively developed from an old dairy unit adjacent to the vineyard, ensuring minimal delay from vine to press to maintain fruit quality. Adjacent to the main house, the tasting room offers a relaxing environment with a striking timber interior, modern kitchen, and a dedicated wine store, providing an ideal setting for sampling their esteemed products.
